These terms apply when you use cosmograph.katarpilla.com or buy from CosmoGraph by Katarpilla ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Your order

Each star map is made to order from the details you give us: date, time, place and text. Please check them carefully in the preview we send on WhatsApp. We print exactly what you approve.

Accuracy

Star positions are calculated from real star catalogue data for the place, date and time you choose. If you don't give a time, we use 10 pm local time. The map is an artistic representation and is not intended for navigation or scientific use.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the names and words you submit, and that they aren't offensive or unlawful. We may refuse an order whose content we're not comfortable printing, and will refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid is the price for your order.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction.
